Vaibhav Verma is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of relevant experience in disrupting conversational intelligence to revenue continuance. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at salesken, where he is building the world's best conversation AI platform. The fundamental idea of the platform is to conjoin AI, ML, and engineering to productionize AI for unstructured data like conversations to create the first augmented AI product. Vaibhav has a track record of building and scaling multiple market-creating SaaS products from early product-market fit to repeatable sales and recurring revenue. He understands business strategy, operations management, analytics, product management, and data analysis, making him a valuable asset to any organization. Before joining salesken, Vaibhav was the VP of Engineering at iSTAR Skill Development, an e-learning company providing skill-building solutions for sales and customer service training across various industries. He also worked as a Solution Architect at Shiksha Infotech, where he built NPM, which replaced IBM® Netcool®/Proviso®. As an architect, he designed the Reporting system with various capabilities such as multi-vendor network monitor for fault, performance, and availability monitoring, automated capacity forecasting, alerting, and reporting, customizable single-pane-of-glass monitoring, customizable performance and availability reports, and more. Vaibhav's tech stack includes AI, Senior Software Engineer, product manager, ML, and Java. He is passionate about building the best product in conversational intelligence and is always looking for ways to improve the product and the user experience.
