Vaibhavi Joshi is an experienced Recruitment and HR professional who has worked in the information technology and services industry. With a demonstrated history of success, Vaibhavi is passionate about empowering people to change their lives. Prior to her role at Infogen Labs, Vaibhavi worked at Xoriant as a Team Lead - Recruitment and Senior Executive - Recruitments. She specialized in end-to-end recruitment, successfully ramped up teams for clients in the Investment, BFSI, and Mortgage domains, and managed the full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level positions. Vaibhavi holds a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sinhgad Institute of Arts & Commerce, an HSC from the University of Pune, and an SSC from P.Jog High School. Her tech stack includes QA, UI, and AngularJS, and she has a relevant experience of 9.61 years.
