Vaibhaw is a driven and passionate software engineer with a track record of creating an impact and making a difference in the world. With 2.69 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Software Engineer at H1. At the age of 20, Vaibhaw got an opportunity to build one of the largest college festivals in the world, Techfest - IIT Bombay. Alongside 22 other people, he led an extended team of 800+ college students to dream up the 21st edition of the festival all over again. They hosted 175,000 tech enthusiasts over three days of the festival and lived up to their mission of promoting Science and innovation by conducting an Innovation Challenge in 42000+ schools and 400000 school students across India. Vaibhaw's drive to create an impact and a difference in this world has also enabled him to work for many social initiatives, majorly in education, mental health, and energy conservation. In his past roles, Vaibhaw worked as a Back End Developer at iitians' caliber, where he developed backend in Spring Boot Framework and MySQL for database. He handled DevOps, utilized Docker, Jira, and other tools to streamline the development process. He also worked as a Data Instructor at Clone Futura. Vaibhaw holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is proficient in Software Engineering, Backend, Docker, MySQL, Spring Boot, Spring, DevOps, VueJS, Javascript, and Frontend.
