He is currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Globallogic, where he is responsible for driving digital transformation and product engineering. Prior to his current role, Vaidhiyanaathan held several leadership positions at Ascena Retail Group, where he delivered eCommerce innovations leveraging Oracle ATG across several major retail brands. He also led digital business transformations leveraging omni-channel to improve efficiency and effectiveness, enhance conversion, and create a uniform and personalized brand connect across all customer touchpoints. Vaidhiyanaathan augmented customer relationships by leveraging loyalty, product recommendations, chatbots, customized marketing offers, payment options, and shopping speed. He streamlined product planning, development, and delivery processes by leveraging data and built a strong pipeline. Before joining Ascena Retail Group, Vaidhiyanaathan worked at ThoughtWorks as a Project Manager. He successfully led digital transformation and support for multiple train operating companies in the UK, from a paper-based ticket booking process to a mobile app, single-page web app, and microservices. He also developed a big data and analytics-based price engine and integrated marketing platform for an FMCG retailer. Vaidhiyanaathan had bottom-line responsibility for the delivery of the portfolio. Vaidhiyanaathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Periyar University. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in senior software engineering, integration, big data, microservices, and web technologies.
