Prior to his current role, Vaishakh served as the Sales Director at Ladder Media, a one-stop solution for all content needs. During his tenure, he led a large in-house team of dedicated SMEs, content writers, content reviewers, designers, and animators, delivering a seamless experience of content outsourcing that complimented clients' business and quality needs. He also co-founded Synergy EduServices, a venture of Lekhguru Infosol Pvt Ltd, with a vision to empower smart education at a global level.
