Vaishali P is a highly skilled Software Engineer - Machine Learning with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field. She is currently working with Netradyne, a leading technology company, where she is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms. Prior to joining Netradyne, Vaishali was an M.Tech (Research) student at the Robert Bosch Center for Cyber Physical Systems, Indian Institute of Science, where she worked with Prof. Himanshu Tyagi and Prof. Aditya Gopalan. During her time there, she worked on a Secure Hypothesis Testing problem, where she provided decision rules for hypothesis testing problems when the observations are prone to attacks. Before her stint at IISc, Vaishali worked as a Research Associate with Prof. Bharath B. N. at PESIT Bangalore South Campus. There, she worked on time complexity analysis of stochastic optimization problems and proposed a drift-plus-penalty algorithm that was shown to be asymptotically optimal. Vaishali holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in ECE from PESIT Bangalore South Campus, where she worked on a problem related to caching in smartphone networks as a part of her final year project. Apart from her technical skills, Vaishali is also passionate about teaching and has taught varied short duration science-based courses to primary school children as a part of hands-on learning camps in Cloud Mentor Education Solutions Pvt Ltd in the years 2012-2013. She has also been voluntarily teaching primary school children in an orphanage during weekends. Vaishali's tech stack includes Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Research Science, and Testing.
