Currently, Vaishali is working as a Talent Partner for CRED, an exclusive community for India's most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where members are rewarded for good financial behavior. In her role, she is responsible for building teams and strategizing hiring for non-technology roles along with key business stakeholders. Before joining CRED, Vaishali worked as a Research Associate for Green-Tree Advisory Services Pvt Ltd, where she engaged in a client-centric approach to lend world-class recruitment services. She was adept at Executive Search, finding the right human resource for organizations after an in-depth understanding and analysis of their requirements. She also worked as a Human Resource Associate for Praxis Global Alliance, where she managed end-to-end recruitment across levels in the organization, managed internal applicant tracking systems, and ensured a great candidate experience while hiring. Vaishali holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Delhi University. Her technical skills include Research Scientist and Search. Vaishali is highly motivated and passionate about her work, always striving to bring the best out of herself and the team she works with.
