Vaishnav Gupta is a seasoned professional with almost a decade of experience in various roles across different industries. Currently, he is working as a CX at Rippling, where he is leading the support and operations strategy for the company. He is also actively involved in hiring new talent for the organization. Before joining Rippling, Vaishnav co-founded Helico Foodlabs Pvt. Ltd., where he launched Yogic, an FMCG brand for health-conscious people. He developed the market's first formulation using a proprietary blend of honey and stevia, which helped the product stand out in a crowded market. Vaishnav also oversaw the commercial production of the product, which had a six-month ambient shelf life without any preservatives. He distributed the product via corporate channels, vending machines, small box retailers, and online stores, generating monthly off-take of 12-15k units/month and revenue of 6 lacs/month. However, he faced several challenges, including low gross margins, offline distribution issues, and working capital problems. Vaishnav also worked as the Head of Marketing and Product Growth at Doormint, a horizontal home services app that later pivoted to a vertical laundry services app. He built and led a team of 12 to drive the marketing function across digital, offline, and affiliate channels. Vaishnav was responsible for attention to retention funnel, planned and executed email marketing and SMS drip campaigns, SEO, and optimized FB/Google campaigns. He institutionalized operational and strategic KPIs to drive transactions and engagement. He also launched the laundry category and introduced subcategories "By Weight" and "Add-ons" to increase AOV and launched the subscription business. Vaishnav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he graduated in 2012.
