Manage B2B Sales for the company

It provides workshops on various topics of business, visual arts, creatives, and technology. It provides an application for both Android as well as iOS.

Developed Application for ERP Support with Tour and Travel Management Module
In this module tour and travel process is processed, earlier it was done manually and took long time to complete and reimburse engineers expenditures, this process has two phases as below,

Tour registration: When an engineer or employee visits any place or client site officially, by this panel they can register their tour information and can ask for advance amount. this process has four status like:

New: Created by user (An auto email sent to HOD for approval, HOD can approve directly from email by the approval link given in email without login)

Approved: Approved by HOD (after approved a unique sanction number generated which is used later for settlement)

Delete: Deleted by user before approved (Creator can delete his tour, if required)

Cancel: Cancelled by user after approved (Creator can cancel his tour, if required)

In all the stages an auto generated email communication happens with respective desk for better understanding.

Travel statement generation: after successful tour, user can settle his expenditure by this panel, by providing all expenditure details by uploading all the bills and required documents. this panel is used by from engineer to till accounts team to settle all the amounts, this phase has below stages

New: Registered travel statement with respective of tour sanction number (by which advance taken amount automatically reflected in registration for if advance was taken and all the calculation done on the base of this amount)
Approved: All the amount is approved by HOD
Amendment: HOD can send back the travel statement for further corrections.
Checked: After HOD approved all the amount and bills are checked by HR team and checking remarks provided to first account person for further process.

Passed: After HR check all the amount is passed by first account person if found all ok, if not the he can send back the travel statement
