Her interest in IT firms was sparked when she became the Runner Up in Code-Hers 1.0. Vaishnavi started her career at Graphene Services Pte Ltd as a software developer, where she seized the opportunity to work as a FullStack developer. She learned how product companies perform their analysis and understand their growth curve. However, her craving to learn new things never ended, which led her to ZestMoney. Here, she got a wonderful opportunity to explore and swing on multiple tech stacks, learn documenting things, learn new tech stacks, and have the best industry experience. Vaishnavi's skillset includes Java, Python, Golang, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, AngularJS, OOPS, MySQL, Data Structures, DBMS, R Programming language, Machine Learning, Problem Solving, C++, and C. At ZestMoney, Vaishnavi actively works on several projects, including Traits Analyzer, an in-house AB testing platform, CommsEngine, Zest's internal communication gateway, and Event Repository, a system to perform the analysis of the user flow. She mainly works on messaging configuration techniques and tech stacks such as Golang, MongoDB, Redis, Java (SpringBoot), MySql, and Messaging Configuration. Before joining ZestMoney, Vaishnavi worked at Graphene Services Pte Ltd as a FullStack developer, where she learned AngularJS and REST APIs. She also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at NyKinSky & Company, where she developed an E-Commerce portal using Core Java, Hibernate, MySql, and HTML CSS for the front end. Vaishnavi's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and she completed her intermediate studies at Narayana Junior College.
