Vaishnavi Lahoti is a software development engineer at Trellix, formerly known as McAfee, with a passion for learning new skills and technologies. As an active scrum master, she effectively manages a team of 10+ people under daily scrum meetings. She took up ownership of integration and database migration for a dashboard, resulting in a 2.5-3x performance increase. Vaishnavi has also increased product compatibility by handling console messages in production and all other environments, fixed legacy bugs, and customer escalations to increase the efficiency of the product. She solely worked on adopting the muse library for the whole EDR project, which added a theme-switching feature to the application. Previously, Vaishnavi worked as a technical intern at McAfee, where she single-handedly designed and developed the web dashboard for TeamCity, used to track the health of different microservices and agents. She also designed and implemented REST API endpoints using Node.js and Express and used the PrimeNG library for frontend along with Angular. Vaishnavi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, where she graduated in 2021. She also has a background in science from Dayanand Science College, Latur, where she studied from 2015 to 2017. Her tech stack includes software engineering, integration, JavaScript, microservices, frontend, web, NodeJS, and AngularJS. With 1.78 years of relevant experience, Vaishnavi is a highly motivated and skilled software developer who is eager to continue learning and growing in her career.
