Vaishnavi Shrivastava is a talented Android developer, web developer, and graphic designer currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Economics at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. She has a relevant experience of 1.19 years in the field of Android development and web development. Currently, Vaishnavi is working as a Development Lead at the Google Developer Student Club. She has facilitated Google Android Study Jams for GDSC BPHC chapter and coordinated a team of five developers to create an app for the Android campaign. In her previous role as an Android Developer at Crux - The Programming and Computing Club, BPHC, Vaishnavi mentored 50+ students over the summer to learn Android Development in Kotlin and build a weather forecast app with ROOM persistence storage and Retrofit. She also improved participation of girls in the on-campus coding activities through a Girls’ coding group with 340 members. Apart from her technical skills, Vaishnavi has excellent organizational and leadership skills. She has served as the Treasurer of Hindi Tarang - Hindi Literary Club of BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. She organized a regional poetry competition having 20+ participants and partnered with the literary societies of BITS Goa to organize a national-level poetry competition - Srijan that crossed 500 entries. She also managed accounts for the Srijan and Hindi Tarang. Vaishnavi has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Economics from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. She completed her schooling from Mary Gardner's Convent School, Lucknow, and City Montessori School. Her technical skills include Android and web development, and she is always eager to learn new skills and technologies. Overall, Vaishnavi Shrivastava is a talented and highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and design. She possesses excellent technical, organizational, and leadership skills and is always eager to take on new challenges.
