Vaishvik Brahmbhatt is a highly motivated and skilled graduate student at Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, with a strong passion for mathematics, analytics, and software engineering. He has completed his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dhiru Bhai Ambani Institute, where he gained a vast knowledge of mathematical models, numerical and parallel computing methods, machine learning, and advanced computing capabilities. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he is willing to take courses to gain expertise and advanced knowledge in data science. Vaishvik has over two years of experience in the IT world and has worked with various companies such as Acceldata.io and General Electric. Currently, he is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Acceldata, where he has developed the company's IAM system from scratch to enable support for identity providers such as OIDC, SAML, and user federations - LDAP. He has also managed and worked on integrating Keycloak APIs with various Acceldata products to provide a standard SSO for all (Idp and SP initiated flows). He has utilized big data technologies/tools, data benchmarking, on-prem and cloud deployments, business, and fundamental logic for CRM. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at Acceldata, Vaishvik contributed to a catalog system to support 15+ data sources categorized into relational, non-relational, and file-based storage DBs, data-quality, and reconciliation policy checks for data assets, Data Lineage, and Pipeline Monitoring within Torch. He also designed and developed a Python SDK to facilitate APIs and to create a wrapper on Apache Airflow to replicate ETL into Torch for data observability. Additionally, he actively involved in Customers' product environment deployments (with the SRE team), raised Queries, feature requests, and POCs. During his internship at General Electric, Vaishvik contributed to the FDL DevOps team by managing the customers' reports and dashboards in OBIEE to deliver better outcomes for GE Power's global customers and analyze data to find and share actionable insights. He also worked on the Query Interceptor project to handle loads of 100 clients simultaneously and allow the queries to pass through pipelines to obtain the support of non-blocking and asynchronous I/O.
