Valentin Micu is a passionate Frontend Engineer at Cognizant Softvision, with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Vue JS, Storybook, Webpack, mobX, and Redux. Valentin is always eager to learn new things and stay up-to-date with the latest coding news and knowledge. He is a good team-worker, serious, and devoted to his work, duties, and deadlines. Valentin is currently working at Cognizant, where he has been moved to a new project. He is working with Vue.js framework on the frontend, Google's Firebase Platform on the backend, and Atlassian Bitbucket for Git code management and version control. He has also worked on challenging E-commerce Websites with ReactJS and TypeScript, Storybook and lerna as development environments, MobX for state management, styled-components and grid-styled for components CSS, and Jest and React Enzyme for testing. In addition to his professional work, Valentin is continuously improving his skills. He performs HTML, CSS-SCSS, JS Code Review for Production on a daily basis and has recently refactored his presentation site in React using mobX, graphql, and materialUI as FE. He has also started compiling some of his React custom components in Storybook that will be visible on GitHub Pages in Storybook format. Valentin holds an Engineer's degree from "mircea cel batrân" naval academy, where he studied Engineering. He is proficient in Frontend, Javascript, VueJS, ReactJS, Redux, Mobile, test, and Typescript. Valentin is a dedicated and hardworking individual who takes both risks and responsibilities. He loves coding and is always looking for new challenges to improve his skills.
