Valentina Calabrese is a talented Front-end Software Engineer with a passion for User-Centered Design and innovative User Experiences. Valentina has over one year of relevant experience as a Frontend Engineer at a remote company, where she collaborates on a cross-functional squad to deliver new projects using React.js, GraphQL, CSS with Styled Components, and Redux/Redux Saga. She also writes corresponding unit tests and E2E tests to ensure the quality of the code. Valentina has worked on Cloud Academy's Design System by implementing new Components using Storybook, React.js (with TypeScript), and Styled Components. She is experienced in working with project managers, sales teams, and team leads to implement code changes and fixes using CI/CD, agile, and scrum methodologies. Valentina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and a Laurea triennale in Scienze e Tecnologie Informatiche from the Università degli Studi di Parma. She also completed an International Exchange Study Program in Computer Science at Boston College. Valentina's high school diploma is a Diploma di maturità Linguistica from the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Cattaneo con Liceo dall'Aglio.
