Valentyna Pilianska is a Training Program Developer at INFARM with over 4 years of relevant experience in the field. She also conducted training needs analysis and feedback sessions with trainees. Valentyna collaborated with stakeholders, client representatives, and top management during her time at Majorel Germany. Valentyna also worked as a Junior Training Specialist at Majorel, where she developed and delivered training programs for employees, including onboarding, product training, customer support, and soft skills training. Valentyna has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) and has completed a student exchange program in Marketing from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and a student exchange program in Management from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II. She also has experience in QA and possesses relevant technical skills in this area. Valentyna is an excellent team player and has additional experience in corporate newsletter authoring and organizing internal training team wellness events.
