Vaman Kumar is a highly motivated Product Lead with a passion for driving innovation and digital transformation in the banking sector. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee, Vaman is a seasoned professional with over 2 years of experience in product management, strategy, and development. Currently working as a Product Team Lead with ICICI Bank, Vaman is focused on increasing the bank's operating profit using API products in Trade Finance sector, improving efficiency of digital channels, and getting more products available online. He manages the end-to-end product management lifecycle from design through to release, post-launch performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to improve product effectiveness and increase adoption. In his previous role as a Software Developer with Nokia, Vaman designed and developed the Network plan for the Nokia towers in the Zambia region and implemented unsupervised Machine Learning techniques using kernel density estimation function to optimize signal emission according to the need for the respective tower where there is congestion in signal at that region. As a Data Science Intern with Neuriot Technologies, Vaman developed a Chatbot to service Claim Status requests using AWS Lex, AWS Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS RDS (postgresSQL) for MedUSA, USA. He also worked on Patient NO SHOW Prediction Analysis using Supervised Learning Machine Learning models for MedUSA, USA. Vaman's technical skills include product management, AWS, software engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Supervised Learning. He is a self-starter with agility to traverse across big picture thinking to relevant detailing in order to design, develop & deliver strategic initiatives.
