At Amazon, he formulated new features and wrote PRD, liaised with global teams to know the requirements to design query resolution platforms, evaluated and tested case management tool features to deliver optimized platform migration, standardized vendor workflows, and designed process knowledge tests for analysts. At Societe Generale, he played a hybrid role of Software Developer and Product Manager to develop state-of-the-art swift confirmations matching systems, gathered internal client requirements, translated them into features, and planned software sprints to deliver projects in record-breaking time. Vamshi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
