He has developed interfaces for Utility product integrations with third-party applications and has been extensively involved in onsite debugging and providing hot fixes & package releases for UAE based customers. Vamsi has also developed data integration flows for utilities applications and successfully loaded data into target STAR schema, dimensions & facts in Oracle data warehouses. He has built reports leveraging tools like Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle BI, and gained a good understanding of ETL concepts. Vamsi has improved operational efficiency by 50% for Utilities Customers by developing a tool using Perl, Python, Shell Scripting, Java, JFreeChart API that automates the process of generating health check reports and daily batch status reports every day for multiple production servers once batch schedule is complete. Before joining ServiceNow, Vamsi worked as a Staff Consultant at Oracle, where he received Quarterly Above & Beyond Winner Award, Most Valuable Player Award, Quarterly Innovation Award multiple times during the tenure for displaying immense capability, commitment, and producing outstanding results. He also successfully completed a 6-month career acceleration program "IRISE," after being chosen for nomination as one of the five employees from a team strength of around 120 members in Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit.
