Vamsi Krishna Gollapudi is a highly skilled Software Developer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer at Google, where he is involved in developing something related to Google Calendar and spends 20% of his time on GitHub. Prior to joining Google, Vamsi worked as a Software Engineer at the same company where he was responsible for developing and maintaining software systems. He also worked as a Backend Developer at locus.sh where he contributed to various projects such as adding an API counter to existing APIs to measure bottlenecks, moving existing functionalities from SQS to local queue system, and creating CRUD APIs for storage and utility of data objects. He also started a new company product from scratch and implemented the initial base. Additionally, he added an entirely new async data ingestion flow for data objects which resulted in scaling the import capabilities by a lot. Vamsi also ported SQL-powered analytics to a new service. Vamsi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Durgapur, where he completed his education in 2018. Before that, he completed his Intermediate Education from Vijaya Ratna Junior College in 2014 and his High School from St. Theresa High School in 2012.
