Vamsi Ramakrishnan is an Infrastructure Modernization Specialist at Google, based in Singapore. With 11.78 years of relevant experience, Vamsi is a customer engineer who strives to make Google Cloud simple, easy, and effective for Commerce, Health-tech, and Consumer Internet companies in Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to joining Google, Vamsi worked at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a Cloud Architect for three years. During this time, he had the privilege of assisting some of the largest banks in their infrastructure modernization journey. Vamsi also worked at ETAS as a Field Application Specialist. Before transitioning into the cloud industry, Vamsi started his career at Bosch as a simulations engineer for electric power-train. After three and a half years, he took up a pre-sales role and spent advocating automotive software tools. This stint helped him discover his passion for working with customers. Vamsi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. He also holds a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Prince Matric Hr. Sec School. As a Senior Software Engineer, Vamsi's tech stack includes infra, and he has a proven track record of delivering results.
