Vandan Chauhan is a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with a passion for building state-of-the-art, easy to use, user-friendly websites and applications. Currently, Vandan is a Senior Frontend Engineer at flyfin, where he is focused on developing a platform to simplify the lives of US customers cluttered by complex financial decisions that require constant analysis, tracking, and decision making. He is also developing a strategy to get the Customer Systems up and running to provide users with a smooth UI/UX experience in automating their financial lives. Prior to his current role, Vandan worked as a Frontend Engineer at flyhomes, where he was focused on upgrading the mobile application from v2 to v3 with updated UI/UX and did a/b testing for the same to deliver a smooth user experience for the customers coming on board. He also developed new features and upgraded the existing ones on the internal terminal to make the internal process for the team easy to onboard new users. Vandan used React and React Native frameworks on the Frontend and Ruby(Rails) on the backend. Vandan has also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at plughr, where he worked on upgrading functional components for the platform that automates HR for entrepreneurs, powering up their talent management capability instantly and speeds up the growth rate for the company. He designed and implemented Front end UI screen flow and building the backend for the same using Node.js, making the process of hiring, role design, performance indicators, compensation structures, reviews & training calendars all get set and running in minutes. Vandan has a strong technical background and is proficient in Frontend, Javascript, React Native, UI, ReactJS, Mobile, Backend, Web, test, Research Scientist, Ruby, MySQL, MongoDB, Redux, iOS, and Integration. He is a graduate of IIT-R and has relevant experience of almost 5 years.
