Currently, she holds the position of Lead II-TR (Embedded & Automotive Recruitment) at UST, where she is responsible for exciting opportunities for professionals with 2-6 years of experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning Engineering, ML Ops Engineering, Embedded Engineering, Test Engineering, and Data Engineering in Chennai. Prior to her current role, Vandana worked at VVDN as an Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition (Embedded/IoT Recruitment) and Senior Executive (TA) where she hired for various positions such as Firmware Engineer, Microcontroller, Linux BSP, Thermal requirements, C++/MOCK, QT, QML, and Program Manager in Gurgaon and Chennai locations.
