Vandana Dogra is a business leader with over 23 years of industry experience in leading large-scale mission critical programs. She is highly skilled in leading and managing cross-functional, cross-geographical, and multicultural teams. Currently, Vandana is the Director of Integration and Global Delivery at Incture, where she is responsible for delivering digital solutions to customers with speed and at scale to address their complex business challenges. Vandana is also the Program Lead of SAP's Global Migration Factory Partner program at Incture, where she leads the program's implementation and delivery. She is also heading the Diversity Hire program at the organization level, which aims to bring women on a career break back to the industry. Additionally, Vandana manages Incture's Digital Engineering Center at Chandigarh and is actively hiring for the same. Aside from her professional accomplishments, Vandana is a long-distance runner, badminton player, fitness freak, yoga enthusiast, and a proud mom of two junior national level tennis players. Previously, Vandana served as the Associate Director at Incture, where she led the Enterprise Integration practice and managed the SAP Global Migration Factory Partner Program. She also seeded and managed Incture's Chandigarh Center and headed the Diversity Hire Program. Before joining Incture, she took a career break to travel around the country and Europe to support her children's tennis tournaments and training. Vandana holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
