Vandit Gandotra is an accomplished investment team member at Accel India VC with a passion for working with innovative start-ups. With a background in consulting and venture capital, Vandit has a wealth of experience in identifying and nurturing promising businesses. Prior to joining Accel, Vandit worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he focused on restructuring public sector banks, developing market entry strategies for a unicorn fantasy sports league, and optimizing costs for a leading paper and pulp manufacturer. He also organized a successful digital and analytics conference and was a key member of the organizing team for new hire orientation. Vandit also worked as an Investment Analyst at Matrix Partners India VC, where he led the sourcing and due diligence of key investments in gaming, media, and social spaces in India from seed to series B stage. Vandit pursued his education at BITS Pilani, where he earned a dual degree in B.E. (Hons.) Electrical & Electronics and M.Sc. (Hons.) Biological Science. With 4.54 years of relevant experience, Vandit is well-equipped to identify and support promising start-ups.
