Currently, she serves as the Head HR at Valdel Engineers & Constructors, where she manages end-to-end manpower planning and leads the corporate HR function. Throughout her career, Vandita has hired COOs, CFOs, and GMs in various departments, up to middle management level. She has also managed the complete business cycle, including business development, client servicing, delivery, billing, and collections. Before joining Valdel Engineers & Constructors, Vandita worked as a Freelance Trainer at 3sr Consultancy, where she coordinated with leading industry leaders to deliver training at institute premises. She also worked as an HR Executive-CCM at Maruti-KTL, where she handled all recruitment for the dealership, headed the team for Maruti Renewal, and planned the delivery of vehicles, among other responsibilities.
