She is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for CheQ, a pre-product startup that aims to help customers understand, manage and leverage credit in ways that augment their lifestyle choices. Vanidevi is highly skilled in managing all phases of full-cycle recruiting and creatively sourcing high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals. She is currently working with Technicolor shared services team handling IT, Finance, and legal positions. Prior to joining CheQ, Vanidevi worked as a Recruiter at Ellucian and as an Executive - Talent Acquisition at Technicolor, where she managed end-to-end recruitment and worked seamlessly with stakeholders and collaborated with them on the hiring process. She is proficient in handling both IT and NON-IT positions and has experience interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates for their technical competencies as well as their communication skills and team management skills required for the respective requirements. Vanidevi holds a B-Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sree Narayana Guru College of Engineering & Technology, Kannur University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from NMIMS.
