Vanshika Singh is a dynamic and creative professional with over 3.78 years of experience in product management, UX design, testing, validation, and product marketing. She is currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Springworks, where she is leading the development of SpringVerify India, a cutting-edge product that helps businesses verify and onboard candidates faster and more efficiently. Vanshika has a diverse skill set that includes product analytics, market intelligence, user research, and customer feedback. She is also a proficient UX designer and developer who has built wireframes, POCs, detailed PRDs, and workflows for more than 16 features, fixes, and user-flows. Her technical understanding and ability to make data-driven decisions have helped her track key KPIs and deliver outstanding results. Prior to joining Springworks, Vanshika worked at HackerEarth, where she served as a Product Manager and Technical Subject Matter Expert. During her tenure, she worked towards the product vision and prioritized features, addressed technical irregularities in functionality, and collaborated with clients to understand their technical requirements. She also conducted AMAs and webinars for mentoring developer's community and successfully interacted with clients for demos. Vanshika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SRM University and completed her High School from the Central Board of Secondary Education with a focus on Science, PCM, and Economics.
