With over a year of experience in the field, Vanshika has worked with some of the most reputable companies in the industry, including Anakin, where she served as a founding team member in the HR department. At Anakin, Vanshika played a key role in building a competitive pricing intelligence platform for brands and online stores. She was responsible for identifying and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and creating a positive work environment. Prior to her role at Anakin, Vanshika worked as a Recruiter at Default, a marketplace of vetted and immediately available software developers. Based out of Delhi, India, Vanshika helped clients funded by marquee venture funds such as Sequoia, Accel, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator find the right talent for their projects. Vanshika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Doon Business School, where she specialized in Business Administration and Management. She also has experience working as a Freelance IT Recruiter and has a strong understanding of AI, ML, and web technologies.
