Varad Ghodake is an experienced Software and Site Reliability Engineer with a demonstrated history of working with Linux Infrastructure, Release Engineering, and Monitoring Systems. Currently a Member Technical (Site Reliability Engineering) at the d. e. shaw group, Varad has also worked as a Summer Intern at the same company and as a Coder at coep's satellite initiative. Varad is skilled in software development, deployment, and maintenance, with hands-on experience in infrastructure tools that facilitate Linux configuration management, load balancing, event-sourcing message queues, and API design. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in SRE, Software Engineering, and Infrastructure. Varad is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which he is expected to complete in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune, which he completed in 2019. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, Varad is well-equipped to take on his incoming role as a Software Engineer at IMC Trading. He has a passion for technology and a drive to constantly learn and improve his skills.
