Varadha Raju is a Co-Founder and CEO at Yeta Solutions Pvt Ltd, with a total of 37.21 years of experience in the field of technology and business. He has 10 years of experience in the public sector, 10 years in large MNCs, and 12 years in tech startup experience. With over 23 years of senior management experience, Varadha is a seasoned professional in the industry. His core strengths include product R&D, global software services, new product introduction to the market, business development, strategy, sales, customer service, operations, business level legal, corporate affairs, and finance knowledge. Varadha has been successful in scaling three companies from zero to establish and scale, turning around two companies from loss-making to profit-making, and being part of three M&A teams. He has also mentored startups in his journey. Varadha has scaled businesses and teams from zero to 150 at Philips Innovation Centre (Embedded Software Development), 170 to 800 at Hughes Software Services (Telecom Software), and 600 to 1500 at Symphony Services (Enterprise Software Products) for ISVs. As AVP at Hughes, he achieved delivery performance and critical mass in three years from a previously "Loss Making" center. As SVP – Enterprise Software Solution- Symphony, he established the Embedded systems vertical, created Japan as a sales territory, and evolved the org structure from a "Line Structure" to a Matrix organization for the next level of 3X growth. Varadha is a board member of PRYSM in the Enterprise/Cloud Digital solutions and Display Tech. space, and part of the core team that established a "concept stage" business to its current strength with teams spread across global offices. Currently, he has co-founded Yeta Solutions in the area of employee well-being and development leading to organizational productivity and business performance. In addition to his startup Yeta Solutions, Varadha is happy to be associated with CARD, an NGO, as Board Advisor, in their mission to develop rural areas with a special focus on Livelihood, Environment, Health, and Education. CARD has been doing fabulous work in rural areas of Pudukottai, Thiruvarur, Tirunelveli districts in Tamil Nadu for the past 38 years.
