Varija Goli is a Lean Six Sigma enthusiast and a graduate student majoring in Engineering Management at the University of Dayton. With a skill set that includes project management, change management, process improvement, statistical process control, and operations research, she is a versatile professional who is well-versed in software such as MS Visio, MS Project, Simio, Minitab, and the MS Office Suite. She is also proficient in SQL and possesses a range of soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, decision-making, leadership, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Currently working as a Student Manager at the University of Dayton's Roesch Library, Varija is actively seeking full-time opportunities starting from December 2020. She has a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Dayton, which she completed in December 2019, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from CMR Engineering College, which she completed in December 2014. With 8.44 years of relevant experience, Varija is a research scientist with a strong background in technology and a passion for using data to drive process improvements. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional who is well-equipped to take on complex projects and deliver results that exceed expectations.
