He has worked with top-tier enterprise tech companies like ServiceNow, consumer tech companies like Uber Eats, and management consulting firms like BCG. Varnit is an inventor and holds a U.S. patent (# 8,335,207) for a predictive algorithm for mobile location tracking. His focus areas include SaaS, online food/grocery delivery, IoT, and autonomous vehicles. Currently, Varnit is the Head of Strategy & Operations at ServiceNow, where he is part of the BU Leadership Team. His role covers different aspects of strategy, general management, analytics, pricing/packaging, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. He is responsible for the Employee Workflows product line, which includes Safe Workplace (our COVID-response product), HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Legal Service Delivery.
