Varsha Basanaik is a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience in web development. She has expertise in using React, AntD, Firebase, and Node JS to create highly responsive web applications. Varsha is proficient in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code and writing application interface code using Javascript and React JS workflows. She is adept at monitoring and maintaining frontend performance and troubleshooting and debugging the same to bolster overall performance. In her current role at Monster India, Varsha is responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring their high performance and responsiveness. She has also worked as a Software Engineer for Wholechain, a blockchain-based traceability solution built for fragmented global supply chains. There, she worked in an agile team of developers and delivered high-quality output through daily team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and accomplishing the scrum goals. Varsha reviewed project specifications and designed technology solutions that met or exceeded performance expectations. She also developed organization structure (Account-BU-Users Model) along with onboarding and sign-in flows. Additionally, she implemented visual representation of account statistics and supply chain diagrams using Google Maps as well as AntV G6 charts, graphs, and maps. She integrated Google Analytics and Sentry into the project for crash reports and error tracking. Varsha also developed a CMS that allowed customers of Wholechain to create their own custom websites. Varsha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Goa. She also has experience working as a full-time software engineer for Wholechain. Prior to that, she completed her higher secondary schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Silvassa (JNV) and her schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Belgaum.
