She has experience in WAN network implementation between PE and CE with Routing Protocols like OSPF, RIP, BGP, EIGRP for both VPN and IVPN links and operation maintenance. Varsha has resolved network and service provisioning issues for both PE and CE routers, switches, and firewalls for Trouble Tickets raised on Enterprise CRM tool by providing support PAN India ranging 8500+ Customers on a 24/7 basis. She has primarily provided support for configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and HP Routers, Huawei Switches, and Platform knowledge of Cisco ISR 800, 1900, 2900, 3900, ASR 9k, and HP MSR 900 and 1000 series routers and Fortigate 40c, 30e, 300b, 3240c to small enterprise-grade Firewalls. Varsha has experience in implementation and support of IP-based routing configurations for VPN/IVPN/MPLS VPN Layer2/Layer3 based corporate clients across India with more than 100 base stations and 65 POPs of MPLS enabled core backbone.
