Varsha Reddy is an experienced technical professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Electronics and Automobile industry. She is skilled in Embedded, Information Technology, and has a Bachelor’s of Technology in Electronics and Communication. Varsha has worked as a Software Product Developer and Consultant in the Customer Integration team, where she was involved in the development and integration of embedded software for engine ECU for French OEMs. She has also worked as a Content Creator for a startup company, where she managed a team to create website content and designed an effective website for the company with the help of online blogs and WordPress. Currently, Varsha is pursuing a Master of Management specializing in Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. She is building a career towards consulting and has taken up the role of Event Coordinator at the MBS Student Association. In this role, Varsha has driven student engagement within the MBS cohort by leading professional and social events. She spearheaded an event called “Tech Talks” - a workshop on emerging technology with 3 industry professionals and around 50 MBS participants. She also managed a 3-day long Business Fest, where a number of industry professionals were invited to share their insights. Varsha has also spearheaded a social event, “Speed Friending” - an event to welcome new MBS students and help them get to know other MBS students. Varsha's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PES and currently pursuing a Master of Management in Business and Economics from the University of Melbourne. Her relevant experience includes 3.53 years of experience in software engineering, integration, and testing. With her technical and consulting capabilities, Varsha is poised to make a significant contribution in the field of consulting.
