Prior to PertSol, Varsha worked with Ace Data as Manager Human Resources where she managed end-to-end Human resources systems, maintained harmonious relations with employees, and handled HR generalist activities, ESI, PF, training & development, HR records management, designing CTC and salary break up and discussion on compensation and benefits, Payroll processing & exposure of Payroll software’s, and Labor Laws. Varsha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Marketing from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. She has a good understanding of Big Data and has relevant experience of 11.61 years.
