Varsha Singh is a Talent Experience Associate at HighRadius, a Fintech enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that leverages Artificial Intelligence-based Autonomous Systems to help companies automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes. She is an MBA-Graduate specializing in HR and Finance with over a year of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment. She has full-cycle hiring experience ranging from high volume entry-level positions to unique executive roles. Varsha has worked as a Talent Experience Intern at HighRadius, where she actively worked on Consultant, Senior Consultant, and APM roles. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, talent scouting and sourcing, creating dashboards, maintaining pipelines, candidate connect, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, she has also interned at SBP Housing Park Zirakpur. Varsha completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Chandigarh Group of Colleges in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honors from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which she completed in 2020.
