She has also redesigned the onboarding experience for the sales force, resulting in a skill score increase from 65% to 71% in 3 months and 90% improvement via process optimization. Varsha's education history includes an MBA in General (Marketing) from IIM Udaipur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thiagarajar College.
