Before joining Gojek, Varsha worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Josh Software and as an Application Developer at ThoughtWorks. At ThoughtWorks, she worked on a consultancy project to help a client manage and maintain their web application and infrastructure on AWS. She was involved in the development of RedE, a web application used to make supply chains more resource efficient. RedE suggests different actions that organizations can implement to achieve resource efficiency, and these actions are tracked and measured through the application. Technologies used in this project included Ruby on Rails, AWS, Chef, MySQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Jenkins. Varsha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering in Sangli. She also completed her HSC from S.G.M. College in Karad and her SSC from B.V.K. Prashala Kadegaon. Her tech stack includes expertise in Software Engineering, testing, AWS, Ruby, web development, Redis, MySQL, Jenkins, and infrastructure.
