Vartika Kaushik is a final year student pursuing BTech in Production and Industrial Engineering at Delhi Technological University (DCE). She is a self-driven undergraduate with a keen interest in software development and programming. With hands-on experience in software development, Vartika is seeking opportunities to utilize her analytical, technical, and programming skills to thrive as a software engineer. She aims to drive herself towards the development of cutting-edge technologies for the future technological landscape. Currently, Vartika is working as a Winter Training Intern at ONGC, where she is gaining practical knowledge and experience in her field of study. Prior to this, she was a vGHC'21 Scholar at AnitaB.org, a renowned non-profit organization that supports women in technology. In this role, Vartika demonstrated her leadership and technical skills, contributing to the success of the organization. Vartika has also held the position of Vice President at DTU Nrityangana, where she honed her leadership skills and collaborated with team members to organize cultural events and competitions. Vartika's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology degree from DTU, which she is expected to complete in December 2023. She also holds a Class XII degree from Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Pitampura, Delhi, and a Class X degree from the same school. Vartika's tech stack includes software engineering, and she has relevant experience of 1.27 years in the field. With her passion for technology and software development, Vartika is a promising candidate for software engineering roles and is eager to contribute her skills to the industry.
