Varun Arora is an accomplished Group Product Manager at Paytm, with a proven track record of leading and delivering innovative products in the fintech domain. With over 9 years of experience, Varun has worked across different phases of the product development lifecycle, including building new products from scratch, scaling existing products, and optimizing under-the-hood improvements. He has also improved the deposit SR by 7% by implementing contextual error handling, managing downtimes, and solving third-party verification issues. Varun is a big fan of sci-fi genre movies and loves to work out and re-watch the episodes of "The Office" and "Modern Family" when his kids are not demanding his attention.
