Varun Bhutani is an experienced sales and business leader with over 15 years of experience working in the technology industry. Currently serving as the VP of Virtual Solutions at SHL, Varun leads the company's efforts in video interviewing and virtual assessment centers. Before joining SHL, Varun served as the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Business Development at Aspiring Minds, which was later acquired by SHL. In this role, he led the development of global partnerships, expanding the company's reach and influence around the world. Varun is also a Co-Founder of Orangeteak.com, an O2O Home Decor company. In this role, he was responsible for developing the company's business strategy and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Varun holds a Management degree from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT).
