Varun Gupta is a seasoned professional with a passion for solving real-world problems using digital products. Currently, he is working as a Solution Analyst- Product Management at Directi, where he is contributing to the field of digital payments security by building products on Customer Identity and Access Management, Authentication Control Server, and Risk and Fraud Management. Varun has acquired good technical skills and promising business exposure by working as a software engineer and an assistant business analyst in the past. He has learned stakeholder management skills while working with various international and national clients in the domain of Business process automation, Content management, and Digital transformation (E-governance). In his current role at Zeta, Varun is working as a product analyst for Directi’s product management team to build a saas-based risk and fraud management platform for one of the largest private sector banks in India to launch their digital Neobank offering. He has also contributed to the building and implementation of digital payments security products like Access control Server, customer authentication, and authorization for large retail and commercial banks. Varun's responsibilities include working with product managers in determining the product's future direction and prioritizing new product features based on client feedback, requirements, and competitive analysis. He is also responsible for monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle, including long and short-term development, writing PRDs, and grooming product feature with product managers, UI designers, and developers. Prior to his current role, Varun worked as a Software Engineer at Newgen, where he successfully implemented E-Governance and Business Process Automation solutions for various international and national clients. He effectively coordinated with business stakeholders, project managers, and clients across all phases of the SDLC, resulting in the successful delivery of required functionalities in the stipulated timeframe. Varun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh University. He also holds a 12th standard (CBSE) degree from MVM Public School Jammu and a 10th standard (CBSE) degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Varun's technical skills include product management, UI, software engineering, and testing. With 3.35 years of relevant experience, Varun is a skilled professional who is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems.
