Varun K is a seasoned Lead Consultant with over 12 years of experience in designing and delivering business and robotic process automated solutions. Currently, Varun works at SapphireIMS as a Lead Consultant, where he architects and provides virtual assistant for SaaS solutions for APAC and EMEA region customers. He assists the product team by providing details about dependencies, key integration points, and building roadmaps while extending solutions across multiple lines of business and various groups within the organization. Varun leads and mentors other solution consultants in the team and is responsible for leading all product integration (API and non-API) discussions with customers. Prior to his current role, Varun worked at SapphireIMS as a Senior Technical Consultant, spearheading the entire cycle of IT service delivery, from pre-sales proposal solution engagements to facilitating scope, defining goals and objectives, scheduling, delivering and monitoring project implementation, followed by transition to support teams. He was instrumental in rolling out IT service desks and network operation centers across sectors that include a portfolio of Pharmaceuticals, IT, ITES, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing among others and across geographic segments of India and Middle East. Varun holds a Bachelor's degree from Kannur University and an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa University. He also completed his Plus Two from TMHSS Vellora. Varun's tech stack includes integration and senior software engineering.
