Varun Kapadia is a passionate recruiter with over 6 years of experience in talent scouting, stakeholder management, candidate management, market mapping, and other skills. Varun has worked with companies like PayPal and Capgemini in the past, where he was responsible for building a robust talent pipeline for mid-senior to senior-level positions.
