• Developed a solution to reduce data-entry effort of school teachers by 97% . This was a major painpoint and one of the top 3 issues leading to customer churn.

• Led the end to end development of a 0-1 product that uses AI to create customized teaching plans based on student scores.

• Led the effort to create a more efficient process for reducing customer support ticket volume which stood at 10,000 per month from visible capturing of issues to implementing better segmentation strategies, and creating action plans to address them.

• Launched to provide cooling comfort outside of buildings especially workers engaged in extreme heat conditions. 
• Secured a grant of 4.5 Lakhs to work on Patentable embedded cooling clothing tech
• We developed an MVP that provided 6 times higher cooling time than any other competitor’s product but couldn't achieve that while keeping similar cooling rate or crack a niche market for the same. 
• We had to pause any further prototyping endeavours due to Covid and lack of funding.

1) Pitched the idea of a novel body cooling jacket technology to upper management at IIT Ropar and secured funding to create a prototype
2) Conducted user studies and competitor analysis to find user pain points, product shortcomings, and market gaps.
3) Worked on multiple iterations of the prototypes and created test rigs to collect experimental data using Arduino and IOT sensors

Indian Institute of Technology Madras is one among the foremost institutes of national importance in higher technological education, basic and applied research. In 1956, the German Government offered technical assistance for establishing an institute of higher education in engineering in India. The first Indo-German agreement in Bonn, West Germany for the establishment of the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras was signed in 1959.
