Before joining Marvell Technology, Varun worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Skandysys Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he managed end-to-end recruitment activities across all levels on VLSI and software domains, sourced profiles through various channels effectively, handled post-offer engagement with offered candidates, managed client and vendor relationships, formulated and implemented strategies for campus drives and walk-ins, partly handled joining/onboarding formalities with HR team, and prepared weekly and monthly reports with MS Excel and analyzed data with the help of data visualization tools like Power BI, Pivot Table, and Tableau (Beginner). He also implemented a social media strategy and developed a social media calendar to increase engagement, reach new audiences, and analyzed reach with tools like Hootsuite, Postfity, and Buffer. Varun holds a Master's in Business Administration degree in Marketing and Human Resource from CMR Institute of Technology, where he gained relevant experience and skills.
