Varun Kumar is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business administration and management. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Business Administration and Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. As a Student Assistant at fied iim kashipur, Varun has gained valuable experience in project management, team leadership, and organizational development. Prior to his current role, Varun completed an internship at Total Environment Building Systems Residential Projects, where he worked as an Onsite Trainee in the fields of Core Engineering, Interior Design, and Quality Engineering. He also served as an Event Coordinator at Gravitas, the technical fest of VIT University, where he successfully managed a team of volunteers and organized various events. Varun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, where he gained a solid foundation in structural engineering, project management, and construction technology. He also completed his Intermediate studies in Science from Narayana Junior College. With 3.53 years of relevant experience, Varun possesses a strong understanding of the QA process and has experience working with various tools and technologies. He is highly skilled in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management. In his spare time, Varun enjoys reading books on self-improvement, playing cricket, and exploring new places.
