Varun Srinivasan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in corporate strategy, management consulting, and digital transformation. He is currently working as AVP - Program at antwalk, where he collaborates with experts across industries and functions to create and offer experience-based programs on Digital Transformation for Enterprises. Varun's previous experience includes working at Biocon, where he served as Manager - Corporate Strategy - CEO’s office. In this role, he spearheaded the organization’s Digital Transformation initiatives, drove other strategic initiatives, and liaised between the CEO and the organization. Varun discovered that organizations implementing such technologies could experience 15-20% in annual cost savings, 20-30% increase in operational efficiency, and 10-20% increase in annual revenues, findings that were validated by the CXOs who were interviewed. He used his findings to create an insightful report to position KPMG as a leader (99th percentile) in digital strategy services. Varun holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering from PES.
